Haiku

All the trees laughing

Dropping barrels of colored leaves

A death before snow

River flows smoothly

Surface ripples with your wake

Your sun lights my heart

Slowly colors burn

Sunlight trapped on the branches

Trees capture beauty

Birds circle above

Writing their names on the sky

My heart writes your name
