Parched and longing to float in
The green tropical pools of your eyes.
The spring rain of your gaze
Renews me like a cool sip from a clear brook,
All the meadows of my imagination
Erupt with explosions of wildflowers
And green grasses lush my soul.
Wash over me with your deluge,
Clean the dusts of regret from my memory.
Each moment spent shrouded in your mists
Is a welcome eternity outside of time.
